    What EZkeys library are you purchasing? You may need to contact Toontrack support directly if the free MIDI pack promo isn’t working correctly.

    I tried the same thing and then realized I’d have to purchase a SOUND EXPANSION first. I guess the word ‘free’ got me too excited.
