I installed it but I don’t know why I cannot open it in Superior Drummer, it’s already updated to the latest version but I don’t know how to open that EZX :/
From taking a look at your account, it doesn’t look like you have the Metalheads EZX product registered to your account. It does look like you have the Metalheads Presets pack for S2. That product requires the Metalheads EZX, which you don’t seem to have.
I just updated SD2 and reinstalled EZX Metalheads, do I have to save it in any specific folder? or how do I open that pack in my SD2 preset menu? thanks for your time!
EZXs install to the EZHOME location when you installed S2. But, like I said in my last post, I don’t see the Metalheads EZX registered to your account, just the Metalheads Preset pack for S2. Are you sure you have the EZX? What is the name of the Metalheads EZX file you have downloaded and installed?
Sorry to awaken a thread, but i am having the same problem only i do have metalheads ezx installed. I know that i have to use the avatar kit to load the metalheads presets…..correct? I have metalheads ezx and the presets but when i try to load them it says that it requires a library that i do not have installed

No. You have the Metal Machine EZX but the Metalheads presets pack.
ahh gotcha….so i bought the wrong presets then? ok i will buy the correct presets. everything should work fine after that? thanks for understanding and not attacking the noob.
I’m having the same problem but with the Nolly presets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled BOTH superior drummer AND Metal machine And still nothing shows for my presets. And yes i know how to find them. And everything is up to date for Superior 2. All my files are in the right spot and i have read every forum and support ticket i could find. and nothing works. I emailed you guys 10 times with no response. And tried sending a support ticket myself but your website displays an error everytime i try to submit. I legit paid TWO times for the nolly pack thinking it was a bad code or something. and it did the same damn thing. So now i waster double the money i should have.

According to your account you haven’t purchased the Metal Machine EZX. You have the Metal Machinery SDX. That’s a totally different product.
The Nolly Metal Machine Preset pack requires the Metal Machine EZX and S2.
