Hello, I’ve had ezdrummer for years now! But, I recently had my computer repaired and now I get a message saying it’s not authorized. I no longer have the serial code that came with it. My computer id# is AAK1E- NR877-C18. Can anyone help with an authorization code? Thanks in advance!

Do you have more than one account? The account associated with your email address doesn’t have ezdrummer registered to it. It can’t be authorized without it being registered.

I did years ago but, I honestly don’t remember it. I don’t even have the same “Yahoo” email account.

I also have Studio One 2 with EZ drummer but I can’t access a serial number because it came in the package. How do I get a serial number for EZ drummer when it came with Studio One 2?

Please contact Toontrack support directly and provide as much info as you can (full name, yahoo email address if you know it, etc). They should be able to look you up and transfer your license to your new account. Click the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.
