(It can sometimes be alot worse than this especially in more active drum samples

Henrik answered here that if looks like an OS bug but it is being looked into on our end.

The main problem is a bug in the graphics handling in OS X 10.10 (Yosemite). We have reported this bug to Apple and we hope that they will fix it soon because it doesn’t only affect Toontrack products.
