I am assuming you are using the track in EZdrummer 2. Right click the block you want to use and select Copy. Select the block on the track you want to replace, right click it and choose “Paste/All”.
If the new block is shorter that the one that’s being replaced, the old one will still have block part to the right of the pasted block. If so, just right click that part and chose “Paste/All” on that one too.

That doesn’t keep the size of the old block, the new block will just overwrite what under it. The copy paste way will ensure that no none selected blocks on the track will be overwritten.
