Can’t connect to Toontrack website for authorization code.

  Help appreciated please!
  I have just installed Number 1 Hits on my PC, and even though I can see it in the list of kits and it seems to have installed OK, when I click on ‘go to http://www.toontrack.com/register,’ my browser just says problem loading page. I can go straight to Toontrack no problem if I open another browser window, and I have registered the product and Toontrack recognises that I have, but I can’t get an authorization code. I have sent a support message but no reply yet. Anybody out there had similar problems?
