With EZKeys in Cubase 7.5 (and Follow Host selected), EZ Keys does not follow time signature changes (it follows BPM changes with the Cubase song) within my Cubase project. Is the a limitation or a bug?
Do you mean EZkeys doesn’t change the time signature in its Song Track automatically to match your time signature changes in Cubase? If so, it won’t. You should be able to manually change/add time sig changes on the Song track in EZkeys to match changes in Cubase.
