MIDI updates

Hi, I pulled the trigger and got EZD2 and some extra MIDI expansions, the first four MIDI had no problem loading and the updating, BUT after 4 I had to click on “Show All MIDI” to see the next one and it showed the next pack and it states there is an update available but when I click on “update” the window disappears and nothing happens. Please assist. I have iMAC with os 10.6.8

Which Browser are you using? I presume Safari? If you Cmd+R to Reload, can you click the product in question to bring up the floating window with the Product info and Updates tab?

Hey John, I recently just installed 10.6.8 and all that goes with it, so I would guess it’s not the latest Safari. The Cmd+R didn’t work. I can click the product in question to bring up the floating window with the Product info and Updates tab, then clicking on the update tab it closes the update window and nothing happens. I downloaded 12 MIDIs only two had the problem, neither of the two came up in the four when I bring up the “my products” page, that would seem to be the problem because all the others did and worked.
