Hello ,
I spent an hour trying to use the support website to request my EZDrummer (not EZ Drummer2) authorizations be reset.
The website will not accept EZDrummer as a product
The website will not accept my EZDrummer2 + EZDrummer 2 product key
The website pukes-up an error message with ‘Something went wrong’ with no explanation.
Does anybody know what I can do to reset my authorizations without using the website?
Any help is appreciated.

I’ve removed your inactive authorizations. You can only have two computers active at one time, so you’ll need to remove one of your active authorizations yourself (click the ‘x’ in the top corner of one of your current activations to remove it.

I’m having trouble authorizing my Metal Machine as well. I have only used it on one computer, but the computer ID seems to change all the time.
