I have deleted all the previous authorization i had. but still it is saying that i have reached my limit. could you please help me on this. i am getting frustrated already.

The OP has been taken care of. He posted to three threads and was answered in one of the others.
Sam, your inactive authorizations were removed on March 21, 2014. You currently have no inactive authorizations. What exactly is the trouble you are having?

Scott, can you please help me i have the exact same problem.
I was told today that all my Authorizations for Superior Drummer 2 were removed but they are all 3 there.
I have also sent two email with Pics today to try to get this resolved.I have a new computer here at the studio and no longer need the other 4 on file.
