I own superior drummer and metal foundry but having recently reinstalled my PC, I found I have lost one of the metal foundry disks, which basically means I’m unable to install the product. I am clearly a legit user as Toontrack will be able to see I have a legit authorisation code, trace my payment for this etc., my question is therefore am I able to obtain a new set of DVDs for installation in order that I can fully use this product and if so how? At present with all-but-one of the disks I seem to be able to load only one metal foundry drum kit and none of the mixer pre-sets.
