I just bought, downloaded, updated and installed EZD2 32bit (on my Win 7, Athlon Dual Core, 4 Gigs RAM.) When I started Cubase 7.07 (latest version of 7), and tried to use EZD2, it crashed, and Windows gave me a “We’re sorry, EZ Drummer has crashed…” and a .dmp file, which I tried unsuccessfully to upload as an attachment to this post.
I have tried removing all 3rd party plugs from my VST folder, but that did not help.
Are there any known issues with Cubase 7 and EZD2, and any solutions?
Thanks!
Can you start EZdrummer 2 in standalone version? Can you start EZdrummer if you run Cubase in 64 bit mode? Just trying to pinpoint what’s causing the crashes…

Yes, I can start it in stand alone – I should have mentioned that.

I am running Win 7 32 bit OS. I don’t believe I can run Cubase in 64 bit mode.
If I send Toontrack a .dmp file generated at time of crash can someone read that and figure out what makes it crash? I tried earlier to upload the .dmp to the forum post, but it would not go.
