Just installed EZD2. If I want to change the whole kit to, say, the EZD1 Pop/Rock Kit, how do I do it? The ‘Replace Entire Kit’ seems always to be grayed out.
I believe that the “Replace Entire Kit” dropdown refers only to the full configurations available for the currently loaded drumkit.
The “Replace Entire Kit” grayed out menu entry is merely meant to be a header to explain what happens when you select any of the kits in the list. In gseshleman’s screenshot in the previous post the selectable kits are Basic, Default, Ayotte Alt, Gretsch and Dunnett Ludwig. Selecting any of them will replace the current kit. The “Empty Kit” loads an empty kit so you can fill each drum position with any drum of choice.
The non selectable “Replace Entire Kit” menu entry is a cause of confusion though, so it will be removed in the upcoming version 2.0.2, soon to be released!

Thanks, Henrik!!
Perhaps the big reddish-orange button at the top of the window could be labeled with a small ‘Current Library/Preset’ above it as well?
The idea is noted. Anything that makes Toontrack software easier to understand, e.g. easier to use, is the core of our design philosophy!
