    What version number shows on the EZD interface in the bottom right corner?

    1.1.1, could it be a vesion issue? I had just fresh installed from installation DVD’s on WIndows 7 ultimate.

    Yes, that’s the issue. Please install the latest version (1.3.3) from your Toontrack account. I’m actually shocked that the DVD installed on Windows 7. The DVDs with 1.1.1 were most likely produced before W7 was even released.

    Haha, wow, OK. Thanks for the advice. I’ll try that. I didn’t even think of that. I think only vista was out when I got the DVD.
