I ordered EZDrummer 2 more than 10 days ago, but I haven’t recieved any information, except the receipt. Nothing about shipping time, or anything. My recepit numer is #25208.
I really can’t wait any longer and would like for my orderer to be cancelled. Instead, I will go out to the music shop in Göteborg where I usually do my music shopping and pick up a copy there.

Hi,
I contacted the support and they helped me. I actually missed that the serial number came in the receipt e-mail. I don’t know how it happened, it seems like I wasn’t paying attention. It would have helped if the subject of the e-mail message read not only “Your receipt”, but also “and serial number”. You know, for us who make stupid mistakes sometimes.
Anyway, thanks for your help and for a great product!
