Having gone insane over the summer EZX sale (THANK YOU, Toontrack!), I’ve purchased a gaggle of expansion packs (basically every non-metal pack with the exception of The Classic and The Blues) – and there’s still time) and thus far, I have to say my favorite pack is the Nashville. To clarify, I don’t really write “country” music, but I find the sounds in the Nashville EZX to be outstanding for pop, rock, just about anything. The Pop/Rock pack is also excellent, but I find myself going to the Nashville as a starting point most of the time, and occasionally changing certain kit parts to other kit’s sounds.
