Hi, i downloaded my 6 pack bundle, but lost track of what packs were already selected and downloaded the Andy Sneap pack twice. I don’t know who to contact to see if this issue is resolvable. Im always buying a new toontrack product every pay check and would hate to have to eat a perfectly good prepack! If anyone has any advice or a contact number to call, it would be much appreciated! I have screen shots of the pack downloaded twice and i only installed the original, and made sure not to open the Andy Sneap pack that is labeled (1) after it for visual proof as well. Thanks a ton.
