How do I remove the chord divider (consistently)?

Hi all,
When I select the A+/- tool on the left and click on a chord divider, I see a menu pop up with two options, the second being “Remove chord divider.” When I select that, some times the chord divider will go away, but more often than not, it will just stay there. What do you think I’m doing wrong?

Hi,

I can not make that happen, can you give me some kind of recipe to reproduce?
What are your system specifications?
Which version number is displayed in the EZKeys About box?

Hi John,
I use EZKeys 1.1.2 running on 10.8.5. on a macbook pro.
Another interesting thing is that the About EZKeys menu option is grayed out and I can’t select it.
I found the version using command-I.
