I brought a new pc and i went to deactivate the licence on the the old one and in being unclear I unauthorized my copy by accident. I don’t seem to be able install it on my new pc now

Authorizations on Toontrack.com have no connection with a users ability to install. Therefore the installation troubles that you are encountering are a coincidence. Please provide us with your system specifications and the error message that you receive when installing and we will be able to help.
