I searched this question with no luck: Is there a quick and easy way to get EZdrummer stand along to add a one- or two- measure count in?
(For now, I’ll just add a bar of some clip.)

Currently there is no count in feature in EZdrummer 2’s song track. The workaround would be to start your song later in the timeline (i.e. on bar 5 or bar 10) instead of the first bar.

That work around is fine. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something.
