    I’m in a similar boat as riffshack, except mine is the Drum Fundamentals: Metal pack. I do not see an EZD 2 upgrade in My Products, either.

    why not? Never saw any document explaining upgrade policy. it was anounced that ezdrummer1 users would get a free upgrade.

    I was planning on getting an ezx pack. would the packs still work with ezdrummer 1

    Yes, all current EZXs will still work with EZdrummer 1. All new EZXs from today and on will only work with EZdrummer 2.
