Hi! I’m running EZD in Windows 8, 64 bit, and my DAW is reaper. I can’t bring up the cocktail kit in EZD, nor will the EZX cocktail update install for me.
The error message I get is “The product relevant to this update cannot be found. Please make sure this product is installed correctly”. Any ideas? It’s driving me nuts. The standard kit works fine.
