Good Morning Im doing this because I feel this is the most effective way of trying to communicate to tech support. I have sent in multiple request’s to reset my total authorizations and have yet to receive a response. for EZ drummer, EZ keys, and EZ mix 2 SUPERIOR ECT… I had deactivated all of my current authorizations and Im trying to get them loaded on my new computer. However, since doing this and my authorizations have been maxed out (due to computer issues, I have literally had to purchase different computers), I can no longer access these programs that I have paid for and its very frustrating that support has not done anything about it, when I have followed their directions. Please help!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have had a bug in the new website that caused support emails to fail.
All of your old authorizations have now been removed.
