Hi just bought this. I tried opening Toontrack solo and the first thing that comes up is “select to path to vst plugin” When I installed the program I went with what it chose for so why doesn’t it know where the plugin is? More importantly how do I find the plugin? What is the name of the file I am looking for? Thanks
So I’ve seemed to figure it out. I re downloaded easy player installer and the 32-bit went on the computer.I’m not sure why the32-bit works and not the 64 even though I have windows 7 64 bit….but that’s the way it is. having said all that it does work perfectly normal in Pro Tools. what I don’t understand is what is the purpose of toon track solo…. it doesn’t seem to be able to do anything.. I thought you could be used as a MIDI file place to build your songs. 2.0 it seems to have the functionality but I guess is the drummer one does not.
Hi, Toontrack solo is for using Toontrack plugins in standalone, e.g. for E-drummers. If you use a host like Pro Tools, you do not need Toontrack solo.
