    Hi Milt,

you didn’t have access to the Support section, fixed now (probably due to duplicate accounts).
Which exact versions of your software do you have installed? Please check the about.
And please give us your system details.

    BR,

Thank you very much John for your reply, and thanks for sending me to the right forum. I have EZkeys Upright Piano, version 1.1.0 Build 5060, 32 bit VST. I’m running it in Reaper 4.57. Computer processor Intel Core i5 CPU, 760@2.80 GHz. Any help would be appreciated. What should I do about the duplicate accounts? Thanks again, Milt.

Please start with logging in to your Toontrack account and download the latest updates. Run them and report back.
The duplicate Forum accounts isn’t a biggie now but if you want me to reset your password for your Forum ID ‘Milton’, I can do that. It’s the account originally created and tied to your products.

Please reset my password. Will I need to enter the new password to download the update, and what is the latest version number? Thanks, Milton. UPDATE: I have downloaded the latest version, but not installed yetWill post back after installation. Thanks for your help, Milton.

Hey John, the midi import problem seems to be project specific. I opened a new project in Reaper, did a little piano chord pattern, exported it, imported it into ezkeys, and choose a midi pattern out of the ezkeys browser, and it played the pattern in sync with the track. I opened a previous project in Reaper, and the import and the use browser midi worked properly in it as well. Don’t know what the heck is going on, but I will keep diggin’. Thanks for your help, Milton.
