So my question is a simple one. Sometimes I work on a song and it gets put on the back burner for what ever reason. When I come back to it I can see the name of the drum beat I selected in EZdrummer but sometimes I have a hard time figuring out which beat Im using and I have to listen to it and that takes some time to find the right one. Can you explain how your name works, for example
SD_S4b_Ib_V03
I just want a break down of how this leads me to the exact track I used. That would be sooo awesome, thanks!

What you see there is abbreviations of what is selected in
each of the four columns of the browser.
SD would be something like ‘Session Drums’. Not sure
because, whatever it is, I don’t have it installed myself.
S4b is most likely ‘Straight 4/4’ and the ‘b’ signifies
that it is the second one from the top of the second column.
Ib could be ‘Improvisation’ and again the second one.
V03 would be ‘Variation 03’, I guess.

I have the same issue so I’m staying tuned to this one. Thanks for starting it!

Olle, you need to write a groove name translator.
People will bug you forever until they have something
