You won’t see the Computer ID when installing, only after installation when you launch EZdrummer in a host DAW (Cubase, Pro Tools, Sonar, et al).

Looks like the install didn’t finish? I’m getting an error message box:

    Error 1309. Error reading from file: C:UsersPete AffeldAppDataLocalTempTemp2_TT106_EZdrummer_WIN.zipEZdrummer_WINInstallprogram filesToontrackEZDrummerHelpMenuEZCore.pdf.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

    Why doesn’t Install just install?
    Thanks!

That error usually comes from when you’re not fully extracting the archive before running the installer but merely are browsing it.
Please right-click and ‘Extract all…’ before running the installer.

I did extract all, ran installer. I see EZD folders, but no programs. Won’t show up on ProTools as a plug in. ToonTrack Solo installed ok. This is a lot of problem solving to install.

Should add the file in question exists and has been extracted (EZCore.pdf)
