Did a stupid thing and need some real help

  I downloaded one of the updates and broke a cardinal rule of not reading the READ ME file first. I DL the SoundInstaller Revision for Mac and thought I had to delete my NY AVATAR studio to update. The software asked me if I wanted to and I did. Now I reinstalled the software for Superior drummer 2.0 and the the Sound Library and thought it would be ok. BIT, I no longer have a lot of the older drums, and cymbals I used to have. I also DL the new SD 2.3.2 update and don’t seem to have any of those new features. I opened up my DAW, in this case Pro Tools 9 and opened up the Superior Drummer and still have a ton of drums and cymbals missing. What did I do? How can I get any of these back? And what the Hell did I do???
