Authorization problem with classic 4 mic

    Provided you are inputting the correct authorization code for the correct library (the 4-mic code for the 4-mic library) the code should work. If not, try uninstalling and running the installer again.

    hey Scott,
    thanks for your reply.
    Is it normal that I only have one code for the full mic and 4mic libraries altogether? Every other libraries installation and autorisation went fine so I Wonder what’s wrong with this particular one.
    Can you help some more please?

    Please check your Toontrack account under My Products for the Classic EZX. There are 2 authorization codes listed, one for the Full kit and another (different) code for the 4-mic library. I just checked, they are there.

    hey Scott,
    sorry, I was talking about the serial number which is identical for both. The autorisation codes are different indeed, but when I try and authorise 4mic, it says wrong serial number, the serial number is for a different product.
    What else can I do?

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

    Are you authorizing in EZdrummer or S2?

    I will try to reinstall when….. i will find the DVD.

    I authorize from S2 v2.3.1 64 bits (sonar 8.5 – windows 7 64 bits)

    You can download the full product from your Toontrack account (the red ‘PC’ button on your Classic EZX product page).

    this is (almost certainly) because you have manually added the Classic EZX as a library, instead of letting the built-in mechanism that finds all the EZX automatically in the ‘EZHOME’ locate them. This is NOT supported and you should ‘remove’ the library using the Superior settings page, if it appears in the drop down menu (which I’m fairly sure it will).
