[Cubase] Can’t Save VST Presets

I’ve already inquired about this on the Cubase forum but with no success. For some reason, Cubase won’t let me save a VST preset from EZDrummer. Kontakt and other VST plugins save just fine. I’ve reinstalled Cubase and EZdrummer and the problem persists. Very aggravating. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hmmm, I believe that if you save a bank instead it will work.

I’m afraid you’ll have to be a little more specific. I’m not sure how to do that.

Ah, hum, yes, it may be that it is ancient nomenclature.
I have pretty ancient Cubase versions around for testing…
Maybe the banks are gone. In the most recent version
I have installed, Cubase 4, I see that you can load FXPs
and FXBs. There doesn’t seem to be a way to save FXBs.

Well, it may be that you are not running the latest
version of EZdrummer and that updating fixes the issue.

Lydian, do you mean your EZdrummer gets unmapped after you set some VST effects over kick, snare etc? I have that same problem!
