Anybody else got metal machine and have heavy, mid and hard grooves unselectable. They are a different color and I can’t click on them. Toontrack’s response was to make sure that I clicked the variation in the last column, there was no way to do that if I couldn’t select the groove style. Same in both my DAW, Reaper, and EZ Solo. Toontrack support is off for the weekend, so if anyone has a fix, I’d appreciate it. Support said it was a unique problem.
It does sound like the MIDI files for those grooves are unavailable for some reason.
Whether this is down to those files being access restricted, corrupt or just not installed, I couldn’t tell you from here. Have you tried reinstalling it, in case the installer was interrupted last time? Your install Discs or download?
I don’t have Metal Machine; maybe find someone who has and compare install size or total numbers of files in various directories for a quick check -I’d definitely try a reinstall though…

Hi,
are you referring to the style headers? Or do you mean that you do not have any entries under the headers?

Got to say, it’s made me look and click twice before.

It makes no sense at all.’javascript:void(opener.AddText(‘[sm=anon.gif]’));self.focus();’
Yeah, it’s the headers. They are not very descriptive and there are few choices underneath. The bold typeface should have been a clue. Just hit me suddenly after looking at it again the other day. My question was too stupid and obvious for tech support to help me. Thx.
Grooves aren’t quite what I expected, so I’ll probably be doing mostly programming from scratch and making some of my own fills for cut and paste. I think the grooves in EZ drummer are better and more plentiful, but now I have a full kit of Toms and Cymbals with great sounds. Gxulien

Yeah, I see that now. I had an exchange with a technician from customer service directly, not through the forums and figured out my problem before I checked back here (mistake). Worked an easy tutorial for how in Reaper I can do the multi-out and have more control over my individual drum sounds apart from EZ drummer’s mixer. I’m on my way.
