EZMix PACK Authorization problem

I have installed Amps EZmix Pack and Vocal EXmix Pack. I am running lastest EXMix2. I have authorized both on MY Products page. And received the e-mails with both serial number and authorization code. When I go into EZMix2 and go into New (Presets) authorization dialog and paste the serial number I get the following message: Wrong serial number. That one is for a different product. But it is the serial number I was sent. What am I doing wrong?

Also another question when I installed these two PACKS, it did not give me a choice between 32-bit and 64-bit, it installed a 32-bit version. I am running 64-bit Windows 7. What is wrong?

Are you pasting the correct serial number for the correct product? You say you are authorizing 2 products, make sure the proper authorization code is inputted to the correct product.

The packs themselves are not 32-bit or 64-bit. The EZmix plugin installer has both 32-bit and 64-bit installers.
