Hey, not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but i’ll do it anyway. I created a drum beat using TuxGuitar (similiar to GuitarPro). I exported the drum file as MIDI, and then tried to drag it to EZdrummer, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
Is EZDrummer inside a DAW? I haven’t had any luck importing MIDI files into EZDrummer by dragging and dropping. They need to be in a folder that EZDrummer scans for MIDI parts. Otherwise, just drag it onto your DAW’s grid.
Hi guys,
if you make your own MIDI parts, you need to place them in the ‘My MIDIfiles’ folder, which can be accessed via the Help Menu in EZdrummer – ‘User MIDI folder’.
And yes, EZdrummer is a plugin that loads in a host, be it Toontrack solo or any other compatible (please see the product page for details).
