I bought EZ drummer dvd from ye over 6 months ago and I have yet to get it working properly, I tried everything , check for the authorization codes and put them in , the next day it wont let me log into the drummer,I have never used EZ drummer productively since I bought it due to this,
Is there a way you can help me , I feel like just sending back the dvd as its useless to me here.

have you checked the Support Portal?
It covers a lot of Installation and Authorization troubleshooting and the changing Computer ID one, is covered here:

I do recommend checking out the Support Portal and also that you
1) Uninstall EZdrummer
2) Download the latest Full Installer (equals the DVD print in size) and install from this instead of DVD
3) Apply the latest available EZdrummer update
This should remedy the Computer ID/Auth issue if you need to be Disabling/Enabling hardware.

I tried to authorize again and it says I have used the total number of authorizations , I done everything u said here and looked up about the authorization,
What to do now?
I may have used the same serial number as the one I always did, ie . the one I got on the cd I received from ye
What / where can I get the serial number and make this work?
