Why can I not listen to or drag EZ WAVS in DAW?

Ok I’ve had EZDrummer for months. I find over 5000 WAV files so I want to ‘play’ or ‘audition’ them in my DAW (Studio One 2 Pro or Cubase) but it says it’s unrecognizable.

Why can I not drag these WAV files into my DAW like the +20,000 other WAV files that I have?

How can EZDrummer use all +5000 WAV files when I only have EZDrummer with no add on kits? What are all these WAV files for if I cannot use them?

The wav files can only be used in EZdrummer.

There are alot of them for the Pop/Rock kit (the kit that ships with EZD) as there are alot of velocity layers for the different kit pieces. There are multiple kit pieces (3 kick drums, 3 snares, multiple cymbals, etc.) There are also multiple channels in the Mixer. Some channels contain sounds for multiple kit pieces. They all add up to many, many, many samples.

Drag n drop is for the midi files that can play the wavs(sounds)so if you find a beat you like in the loop broweser you can drag that into the midi track and you can also write/play them in too.All in all its the same result.
