Hello – I recently wiped my hard drive and did a clean install of Lion. Protools, and EZ Drummer. I reloaded all of my Toontrack EZ Drummer products from the website. When I opened Protools and loaded on EZ Drummer I’ve discovered some things to be missing – most notably the pop/rock groove set for EZ Drummer. I love EZ Drummer and I have many ezx extensions. I normally use it all the time. I don’t know what, if anything else is missing as I have just discovered this situation. Can you help please?
Luke
Hi,
did you download and install the Full Download installer for EZdrummer or just the 1.3.1 update?
If you did, please try re-installing the latest Superior plugin (2.3.0) again to see if it corrects the matter.

Thanks John – I think I fixed it. I copied all of my ezdrummer files from the application support library on my backup drive to the “fresh install” drive. That pretty much broke protools (wouldn’t play files), so I reinstalled protools and everything seems to be back to normal.

Hi,
I had the same problem. Missing pop/rock grooves. I deinstalled EZdrummer and downloaded it again from the website. But when I try to reinstall I get an error 1309 which says that it can’t read certain files. (see pic)

Johan,
you’re not un-zipping the archive before running the installer, you’re browsing it. Right-click it and ‘Extract all..’ first.
