Yes. Your license allow EZkeys to be installed to 2 machines at the same time. Your product download has both Mac and PC versions available. Simply download the PC installer (the red ‘PC’ button) and create a new authorization for the 2nd computer from your Toontrack account page.

OK thanks Scott that worked. Now I receive the message to Locate the Sounds in the Sound Library but I can’t find it.

My guess would be that you didn’t download and install the file in the ‘red PC’ button but downloaded the plugin update file only.

Download and install the full product via the red ‘PC’ button (see pic below).

Ok. I probably should not use this forum as it is for pre-sale but I just purchased EZkeys so I finish here.

I downloaded using the red PC download as you suggested. It was the full version. However when I try to install i receive the error in the screen shot below.

I appreciate your input on this.

Looks like you need to extract the installer before running it.

Right-click on the .zip file (the file you downloaded) and select ‘Extract all…’ this will ‘unzip’ the installer and related files and create a new folder. Run the ‘unzipped’ installer from the new folder.
