I thought I read another post where someone stated concerns with the tuning of certain piano keys, but couldn’t find it. Anyway, there are some chords that I think sound a hair pitchy. Anyone else hear tuning issues, or am I just hearing things?
There is a known issue with phasing. Unison notes are being created, and when that happens they will produce some funky overtones that can easily be interpreted as “out of tune”. If your hear a chord that you think is out of tune, look in notation view of your DAW (if it has it) and see what’s going on with the chord. There may be legit out of tune notes, so I think all of us can use notation view and figure out exactly if certain combinations of notes, certain bass notes etc trigger this.
