Just obught and installed the latest version of EZKeys. However, the manual states there should be 2 versions of the piano in the library. I only see one. And, I don’t see anything in the song browser. How do I access the content to build the arrangement?
Please download the full product installer from your account (the red ‘PC’ or ‘Mac’). It looks like you have just installed the EZkeys player and not the full product that includes the sound library and the MIDI files.

Hello,
Originally, I installed the demo to try it out. However, as I was trying it out, I decided I would buy it.
So, I downloaded the full product by clicking the red button you refer to in your message.
I then installed the 64 bit version. There was no message during the installation to install extra content, or to uninstall the demo. In fact, I still can’t see any place to uninstall the demo or even the full product.
So, after my message earlier regarding the lack of content, I installed the 32 bit version to see if there was a difference. This seemed to cure the problem in terms of the browser content. However, I still only see one piano rather than the two that the PDF manual references.
How do I access the extra piano?
Thanks
Hi,
there’s no extra piano included in Grand Piano. What is shown in the manual is just for illustration; how to switch libraries when there are more available.

out of interest, do you remember the exact steps you took with the demo, for example did you install both 32-bit and 64-bit, or only one? did you remove anything manually, or let the full product replace the demo? … I certainly can’t reproduce your issue.
On a sidenote, you shouldn’t have to install the 32-bit if you don’t need it, re-running the 64-bit *should* place back the files that seem to be missing from your install.
Either way, as long as it works for you that is great, but don’t feel that you are stuck with having the 32-bit version on your machine. Then again the loss in disk space is about 30MB so there is not much to worry about if you keep it installed.

Hello,
The steps were as follows:
1 – I installed the demo and played with it for about 10 mins and was sold on it immediately. The demo was 64bit.
2 – I purchased the full version and, owing to not seeing any way of removing the demo, i simply installed my purchased copy – this was 64 bit too.
3 – Owing to not finding the content and posting on this forum, I installed the 32 bit version to see if it would help It did! It made my content available in both 32 and 64 bit. There wasn’t an option to uninstall either the demo or the 64 bit version. I want to keep the 64 bit version anyway. I remember a message popping up stating something along the lines that the content set for 32 and 64 bit was the same.
4 – So, as I say, both versionswork for me.
I don’t know how to remove the 32bit version. There doesn’t appear to be an uninstall option anywhere. Do I uninstall through my Windows 7 control panel?
Thanks
