Did you install the 32 bit version or the 64 bit version of EZD or both? What version number is shown on the EZD interface? Does it show ’64-bit’ after the version number? Have you set the path in Sonar to where you installed the 64 bit EZD?

Hi, Im having the same issue now.

I had the 32bit version for both SONAR and EZdrummer. I unistalled both and installed back as 64bit. EZD opens and plays as standalone but not on Sonar.

I have tried many different ways, many times. This is exactly what comes on screen when I open a project: “Missing Plugins: EZdrummer (Synth Rack)”

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

did you check the VST path in Sonar, that it includes the path to the location of the ‘ezdrummer.dll’?

The default install path for a Toontrack VST plug-in on 32-bit Windows is:
    C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\Toontrack
The default install path of the 32-bit VST plug-in on 64-bit Windows is:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\VstPlugins\Toontrack
Finally, the default install path of the 64-bit plug-in on 64-bit Windows is:
    C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\Toontrack

Which version of EZdrummer are we talking about? Can you run it standalone? Which OS version?

    BR,
    John
