Hi,
It’s been a long time since I’ve been on this forum, but I’ve not had
any problems with my drum sequencer, until now, I have just got a new computer
and have to re-install all my software, I put the EZ Drummer disk and clicked on the
EZ drummer Installer it came up with an error message ERROR 1308. SOURCE NOT FOUND
and would go no further, can someone help please.

Does it usually take a very long time to download this ?
It seems to be taking ages, with the message, downloading from site llnwd.net

Do you get an error message or something? The file is over 600mb so it may take awhile.

I’ve recently had the same thing, the 1308 error message and then the need to download. Once logged in to my account, I hit the PC red button and the download took around 13 minutes. When you say no luck, what happens?
Windows 7, Intel i7 2.8 ghz, 4gb Ram, 500 GB hard drive, T.C Electronics twin Impact sound card ASIO, 44.1 khz sample rate.
It doesn’t come up with any error message, the only messsage it has is downloading from site llnwd.net
but it’s had that message for the last two hours ?

After I try and load this I still have to load my Superrior drummer discs !!!!!!

Still giving me the error message now 1309 last time it was 1308, what do I do here ?

When downloading, don’t choose run, that didn’t work for me. Save the folder on your desktop or something. then after it’s downloaded, when opening the folder, don’t double click and then choose extract all, that didn’t work for me either. I got the 1309 message.
You have to right click the folder you downloaded and choose extract all from that list.

After following the steps outlined in the FAQ I posted a link to above for the 1308/1309 errors, have you run the EZdrummer installer? Does EZdrummer show up in your host?

Sorry I couldn’t get back to the forum any sooner, yes it did work I’m glad to say
and thanks to Scott and Gary for your time.
As I said I just got a new PC and I’m trying to load everything on to it
(not and easy task),so no doubt I will be back, I’m having a little trouble with my Superior Drummer
but I will put that on the appropriate forum, thanks again guys.
