Help! I’ve tried installing EZ drummer from the DVD, but after a few minutes I get a long complicated error message 1309. I’ve downloaded the latest version and tried installing that, only to get the same error message.

Error 1309.

I’m using Windows 7, the computer is fairly new with high spec.

can any one help?

Thanks for that. I have now installed it. However when I start my DAW it days there’s an error, type “open” and it’s a risk to load ex drummer, I load it anyway but can’t find it in my DAW. I will check FAQ.
