    product allready authorized goes back to where you started

    where are you receiving this message, this looks like a server message from the site – I do not recognize it as one of the warning EZDrummer is coded to supply in any scenario…

    this happend to me 3 months when my old g5 died I bought a newr machine it took up to twenty emails to get it sorrted out it gives me my machine code when i go to ,the site i ask for authorization it says product allready authorized goes in a circle again and again and again

    machine I D number is AAN9E-AW2NB-C7Z can you not send me an authrization code to my email at pearcelentz@sympatico.ca why does it half to be so hard to authorize on a computer do I have to unistall and do a fresh install

    Just to be clear, you are saying that when you get to the green ‘authorize product’ window, you don’t see the ‘Authorize’ button on the right of my pic below?

    Is it possible for you to post a pic of what your ‘authorize product’ window on your computer looks like?

    i do not have thew authorization button i do have the green screen no authorize button then then when i tell it to authorize it says product already authorized and starts all over again

    I’m confused. If you don’t have the ‘authorize’ button, how do you ‘tell it to authorize’?

    Anyways, like I posted above, PM me your Toontrack account login info (email address and password as well as what you want this new computer description to be) and I will authorize for you again.

    – Your Toontrack account email address
