I installed EZDrummer with no problems a few days ago. I am running an intel Core duo 64 bit processor but I was still getting CPU overload/drop outs when using ezd.
So – i downloaded the upgrades from the Toontrack site and first ran the 32bit installer.
Next I ran the 64 bit installer, but instead of using the default folder, I pointed it at the Steinberg/VSTPlugins folder that the existing ezdrummer.dll was in.
Then I started Cubase LE 4 back up and it said EZdrummer was missing.
I tried running a repair with the original EZdrummer installer but it didn’t work – I tried uninstalling using the 64-bit installer, then repairing the install and it still didn’t work.
The next thing I was going to try was completely uninstalling ezdrummer and re-installing although I am not looking forward to it since it takes so long to install. (And I am not even sure if that will fix it) – so…
Any ideas on how I can get this working again?
