HELP INSTALLING EZEDRUMMER!

I had to reimage my machine, and i’m trying to install ezedrummer. Ive tried installing from the disc and from my downloads section when I log in. The second it starts, I get errors that temp files it looks like cannot be found. I allow everything to run and it says error reading file and then gives me the temp location. I couldnt find anything in the portal. I love EZDrummer, but the installation process is ALWAYS a nightmare

My best guess at the moment is you’re trying to install from a zip file without extracting the contents of the zip file.
Extract first, then go into the extracted folder and run the installer from there, not from within the zip program.

(That’s assuming the “the second it starts” is talking about the installation and not EZD itself.)

Without knowing the exact error message it’s impossible to offer any advise. It would also help to know your system specs so please complete them in your member profile page.
