Hi guys,
I have installed and authorized my EZplayerPro, and I have also installed SD 2.0 and Toontrack solo on my Laptop. I am using Windows XP 32 Bit. After opening Toontrack solo I get the Drum Error message “Couldn’t find any drummers. Please select a path.”
I have installed everything to C:ProgrammeToontrack and I have the folder C:ProgrammeVstPlugins which is including only the EZplayer.dll nothing more. I want to run on this Laptop (that’s my office one in work) only Toontrack solo and EZplayer Pro without any DAW but the sounds auf SD 2.0 and the Metal Foundry. On my other Laptop at home I am working with Cubase 6 and everything is fine. Where can I find the right path or have I to authorize my SD 2.0 installation on this computer too, or better how?
Looking forward for help 🙂
Greetings
Martin
Now I have installed Cubase 6 also on my laptop. I thought I could start/authorize Superior Drummer 2.0 from my DAW and have the right path, but I have only the EZplayer.dll in my C:ProgrammeVstPlugins folder. I can start EZplayer from Toontrack Solo or Cubase, but I still have the message “Couldn’t find any drummers. Please select a path.” I have not the dll or I am blind to start superior drummer in my DAW. What happens if I uninstall the Toontrack programms and install again, do I loose my authorisation I did yesterday, or is this with my Comupter-ID fix and I can run an new installation on the same computer I have made this authorisation before? I hope a new installation will be the solution for my problem or has anyone an idea?
Greetings
Martin
Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of S2 (2.2.3)?
Have you done a Windows search for the Superior Drummer.dll?
Is there a Superior Drummer Installer listed in Windows Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel?
How did you authorize yesterday if you haven’t been able to open the plugin?
