I sent multiple emails regarding a change of shipping address and haven’t gotten a confirmation yet. It’s been over a week. Crickets still chirping.
Are there like 2 people working a Toontrack ?

(And I bought the DOWNLOAD VERSION of music city SDX because I needed to use it THAT day. It wasn’t until I went to download it did I realize it was
partial download. What good is a PARTIAL DOWNLOAD ? So why did I buy the download again ? I could have bought it from another online store and probably have gotten it by now, but instead I’m still waiting for a reply for an EMAIL for support….been OVER A WEEK too !!!!! ) HORRIBLE customer service. Atrocious.

If you’d had a look around the forum before buying the download you would have seen many here confirming no SDX is download only.

the Toontrack Support team had a couple of well deserved days off during the New Years Eve weekend. We did however respond to you on Monday Jan 3rd, not the 7th. Everything regarding your order is updated now and it is on its way to you.
