    Hi,

    have you purchased a separate serial number for Drumtracker?
    Why I ask is because you have no Drumtracker serial registered to your account.

    NO I dont. All I got is the Sup. Drummer and Ezplayer serial numbers on the back of disc sleeve. How do I get this number?

    And this should make Solo, Ezplayer, Supr Drummer all work?

    When have you stated in your posts that Solo, EZplayer, and S2 didn’t work?

    Your original post was about a Drumtracker code denial.

    If you are having problems with those other products, please start threads in the appropriate forums. Please provide as much information about your issues as you can.

    Also, please fill in your system specs on your Member Profile page as this will make future support possible.

    Ive sent a bunch of emails, back and fourth and no one has helped me resolve this issue and its been a week. The drum tracker icon is on my screen but does not accept the authorization code given.

    So the only issue you have is with a Drumtracker code, correct?

    All of your other products are working, correct?

    In regards to the Drumtracker issue, have you purchased Drumtracker yet (or the serial number ‘Download’ purchase)? If not, you would not have a serial number for it. Without the Drumtracker serial number, you will not be able to generate an authorization code. You can not use your authorization codes from your other Toontrack products. Each product needs it’s own, unique authorization code based on it’s own, unique serial number.

    If you purchased Superior Drummer 2, it may have come with discs for products you don’t own. These are provided as a convenience in case you would like to purchase them in the future, you just need to purchase a serial number and be up and running in minutes. You would not need to wait for discs to be shipped and such.

    Let me ask you this. Is Drumtracker a product you want or need to use? It is not required to use your other products. It is a separate product designed as a multi-track audio to MIDI converter. If it’s not a product you have a use for, you can un-install it from your computer and remove the icon from your screen.

    If it is a product you want, you can simply purchase the ‘Download’ option as I posted above. You will receive a serial number upon purchase and can register it to your account and generate an authorization code to ‘unlock’ the product you already have installed.

    Let me know if I can clarify any of the above explanation.
