Issue Resolved. Turned out to be my L316 Waves plugin. Guess I’ll contact them now… Thanks though!
L316 demands a ridiculous amount of H/W Buffer Size to not crack and pop. I have made that mistake myself on my Pro Tools HD rig a couple of times.
