Hello,
Is there a way, with either EZDrummer or Superior, to remove a drum from the overheads or room mics? I need the OHs for the cymbals and the room does nice things to to the mix but both can screw up a kick or snare sound you are trying to compress or effect.
Thanks!
In Superior Drummer you can alter the bleed for any kit piece in any microphone – you could therefore lower (or remove) the kick and snare in the overheads this way…

As Jeremy noted there are more options in Superior Drummer 2, however in EZDrummer, you have the option of turning the bleed off to both the Snare drum bottom and Overheads with a simple on/off switch located at the top of the mixer window.
